How to Optimize Your Immune System:
Mar 2020
How ‘re you doing? What are you all eating these days? Healthy balanced-diet or packaged, processed, and canned foods? Do you know that what you eat can impact your health in a big way? How are you boosting your immune system in these uncertain times? Do you know that the weaker your immune system is, the more vulnerable to all kinds of infections your body becomes? With scary news all over the news lately and on social media, do you feel concerned? Do you feel stressed out or maybe even depressed? The COVID-19 virus is capable of causing infection and severe disease in people of all ages because it is a Novel virus and humans are not immune to it yet. Everyone that comes in contact with this virus will catch it, some with no reported symptoms at all, to others with severe symptoms up to the point of hospitalization. A report published in
JAMA supports the idea that some people may even test positive for the virus long after they seem to have recovered. Some scientists also report that people infected with the new Coronavirus produce antibodies that will protect them in the future. How long will the immunity last for, we don’t have the answer to that yet. Only time will tell. The truth is that these findings are neither surprising or reassuring but research is ongoing to find a cure. It is a respiratory illness that can be easily transmitted through airborne (droplets) and contact. People at increased risk include older adults and people with serious underlying health conditions including COPD, people on oxygen, and poorly controlled asthma patients. People that may have bad outcomes include those with hypertension, morbid obesity, diabetes patients, and the list goes on. While older people and those with poorly controlled health conditions are at greater danger, let it be known that people of all ages with weakened immune systems or certain diseases also face higher risks. We should all take this very seriously because it is a disease that can affect the lungs and lead to pneumonia and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). ARDS is a condition in which fluid collects in the lungs’s air sacs, depriving organs of oxygen. It is often fatal with poor prognosis.
Please continue to practice Social Distancing and proper hand hygiene techniques and wear a disposable mask in public places. Please dispose of your mask after each use and wash your hands. It is not intended for 24 hour use throughout the day.
While we may not have control over COVID-19 yet, we can all take small steps every day to control our stress level.

They are Isotonix Vitamin D with K2, Isotonix Immune, Aloe, Isotonix Vitamin C, Daily Essential Packets, Isotonix OPC, etc. These are isotonic formulation that enters the digestive tract in liquefied form and supplies nutrients at just the right rate to your body, eliminating the need for further breakdown in the stomach with maximum absorption compared to the retail-sold tablet formulation vitamins. While we are social distancing to curb the spread of Coronavirus, let’s do all we can to support and encourage one another. Reach out to your loved ones and talk to them on the phone. Pray for one another and for our nation. Find something to laugh about and share with your friends and family to show that you care and have fun at the same time.
Remember, meditation is good for you. Take deep breaths and avoid prolonged sitting while at home. This too shall pass.
